Vincentive Supervision
"Super" + "vision" provides you with an aerial view of things happening around you through a reflective process in a confidential and safe environment.

I never wanted someone watching over my shoulder. After my first supervision session, I wish I had been supervised from the first day of my pastoral ministry.Contrary to my initial beliefs, supervision is not about scrutiny or fault-finding. It’s about having a trusted guide who checks in on me in a safe and confidential space. With a nonjudgmental attitude, my supervisor encouraged me to reflect on my ministry practices, helping me to improve and grow. They also provided a broader perspective on ministry issues, hence the terms ‘super’ and ‘vision' (helicopter view). This supportive approach to ministry has been a game-changer in my journey, helping me to improve and grow in ways I never thought possible. To me, supervision is a transformative experience. It reveals my blind spots, and it shows me different perspectives.Supervision is the art of getting better in ministry.

Professional/Pastoral Supervision focuses on the intersection of your personal, work and spiritual life.
